Call for expression of interest to host a Pre-Conference Seminar for ESMAC 2026 in Maastricht/Hasselt

The scientific committee for ESMAC 2026 is calling for expressions of interest from members interested in running a Pre-Conference Seminar as part of the ESMAC Annual Meeting.

ESMAC 2026 is scheduled to be held between the 14th and 19th of September 2026 in Maastricht (the Netherlands) and Hasselt (Belgium).  A number of half-day pre-conference seminars are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday of that week. Each seminar normally takes 3.5 hours. The organisers are reserving two seminar slots for members applications so that we can capture the breadth of interest and enthusiasm in the society.

Potential topics should be relevant to the field of movement analysis and fall within the scope of the society. For this call, we are specifically interested in topics that have a clear and direct clinical application.

Interested parties are invited to submit an outline of their proposed seminar to the ESMAC Office (info@esmac.org). The proposal should not exceed 1 page (A4) and should describe the main theme and topics covered, along with the name of the lead organiser and key contributors. Multicentre collaborations are welcome.

Deadline for applications is Sunday 15th of February 2026.
